This document – the Paulsmeier Inc. Group’s Code of Conduct & Ethics – addresses the ways in which associate members of its corporate network association are expected to conduct themselves to bring into practice its vision, mission and goals.
 

A corporate network association regulated by its own constitution, Professional Investors Group is a division of the Paulsmeier Inc. Group. This is an application to participate in the associate membership opportunities and network facilities of Professional Investors Group subject to the conditions of its constitution.

As associate members of Professional Investors Group - We strive to uphold its high standards of credibility, integrity and achievements. We recognize our obligations to one another, as expressed in this Code of Conduct & Ethics, which addresses the ways in which associate members of this corporate network association are expected to conduct themselves to bring into practice its vision, mission and goals.

Professional Investors Group Executive Project Summary

The Project Executive Summary provides Professional Investors Group with an initial, but condensed, overview of a project an associate member would like to submit for the negotiation and facilitation of specific corporate resources. This document will assist Professional Investors Group in evaluating whether the project conforms to its minimum project criteria and requirements.

Project Processing and Procedure Flowcharts

The objective of this document is to illustrate the various processes an application for the negotiation and facilitation of corporate resources (for example to obtain: venture capital funding, business and project opportunities, corporate expertise or business plan development) will undergo from submission to Professional Investors Group until finalization.
