The purpose of Global Projects Inc. is to:

• Represent and promote investment banker as well as project and business broker associate members to venture capital funders.
  
  
• Facilitate the exchange of important information between associate members.
  
  
• Improve the image of the project development industry by encouraging associate members to comply with the highest standard of corporate governance and professional practice, as well as moral and ethical values.
  
  
• Represent associate members’ interests in negotiations with venture capital funders.
  
  
• Help create a political and business climate conducive to project development activities.
