  • Negotiated and facilitated finance for Petani Holdings from Asia European Capital Partners to the amount of $50-million for the last stage financing deal of a medical research and development program in nanno technology.
  • Negotiated and facilitated finance for Yorken Group from Asia European Capital Partners of $10-million in the first stage development of the Cuelho Diamond Concession in Angola.
  • Negotiated and facilitated finance for the joint venture between Mckinnon Hudson/Melizar International from Oakwell Associates to the amount of $250-million to fund the new Gutow Business Development Fund.
  • Negotiated and facilitated finance for Pré Sherer from Oakwell Associates to the amount of
    $50-million for corporate expansion into Russia.
  • Negotiated and facilitated finance for Beka Trust from global financing to the amount of
    $165-million for the newly established Polish Merger and Acquisition Fund.
  • Negotiated and facilitated finance for Attali Capital Partners from Pasqualé to the amount of $200-million for re-financing of the Attali Speculation Fund.
  • Negotiated and facilitated finance for SACHI Electronics from Oakwell Associates to the amount of $25-million for the development and first-phase manufacturing process of advanced nanno memory chip technology.
2. Acquisitions
  • Negotiated and facilitated finance for Asian Textiles from Oakwell Associates to the amount of $25-million for the acquisition of Samul Trading.
  • Negotiated and facilitated finance for Computer Networking Group from Oakwell Associates to the amount of $30-million for the acquisition of Technology Syndicate’s information technology intellectual capital.
  • Negotiated and facilitated finance for Davis Brown Associates from Asia European Capital Partners to the amount of $30-million for the acquisition of Cromwell Associates.
  • Negotiated and facilitated finance for Cantor Lewis Smith from Plasmé International to the amount of $125-million for the acquisition of Industrial Investment Corporation.
  • Advised and facilitated in the acquisition of Orion Minerals to the amount of $115-million by Oakwell Associates.
  • Advised and facilitated in the acquisition of Kabula Holdings to the amount of $250-million by Oakwell Associates.
  • Advised and facilitated in the acquisition of Intercontinental Property Investment Trust to the amount of $150-million by Royal Arabian Capital Fund.
  • Advised and facilitated in the acquisition of CMI to the amount of $75-million by Oakwell Associates. CMI now trades as Oakwell Corporate.
3. Mergers
  • Advised the management of Dresser Trust on its merger agreement with Pacific Private Equity Partners.
  • Advised the management of Krim Holdings on its merger agreement with Bastille Industries.
4. Consultation Contracts
  • Negotiated and secured corporate management and outsourcing consultancy contracts for Oakwell Corporate, a division of Oakwell Associates. The contract is for a ten-year period and the value is $160-million per annum.
  • Negotiated and secured mining development and strategic planning consultancy contracts for Pembe Mining Consultants in:
Angola - $12-million Chile - $15-million Russia - $25-million
  • Negotiated and secured a corporate risk management contract for Davis Brown Associates with Anza Minerals to the amount of $20-million.
  • Negotiated and secured an IT outsourcing contract for Comdev Partners with Gualeg Mining to the amount of $5-million.
  • Negotiated and secured project development contracts for Bashi Nua in:
Angola - $5-million  Malaysia - $3-million China - $1,6-million
